Rose Serraglio joined The Richey‐Barrett Insurance Company back in 2011 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. After being employed at several different insurance companies, she decided to work with an independent agency. Rose is committed to excellent customer service with her clients.

After high school, an agent from State Farm Insurance approached her and offered her a Customer Service Representative position and she accepted. After two years with State Farm, she decided to switch to Nationwide Insurance and worked there over 10 years. She loves the insurance business and helping people when something unexpected happens. When her two children arrived, she took some time off working to raise them. Years later, she missed working so she decided to get back into the insurance industry and found Richey-Barrett.

Rose is a firm believer of giving back to our community. She has been a volunteer for the Make‐A‐Wish Foundation for the past 27 years and chairs a successful fund raiser every year. She has also been a member of the North Olmsted Kiwanis Club for 18 years and is on the board. She has two grown children and one grandson who keeps her very busy.
