Jeff Gisser is currently the vice president of the 120-year-old Independent Agency. During his 35+ years at the agency, he has worked in every department to obtain an overall understanding of agency operations. Currently Jeff enjoys working with small business and nonprofits to assist them in meeting their risk management and operational goals.

Jeff is a Cleveland native and holds a BS from the Rochester Institute of Technology, he has sat on several insurance company agency councils, is  past president of the local Independent Agents Association and was a board member for the State’s Agent Association.

Jeff is a resident of Westlake and is married with two grown children. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and finds it a great way to decompress from life’s stress. A huge Cleveland sports fan he has supported his teams through good times and bad.
